Theo is always smiling and making conversation. They are a great member of staff and always looks hard working. Food was really good and didn’t take long to come out.
I had a great time with my girlfriend. The atmosphere was wonderful, and we appreciated being able to order from the table using our phones, which meant no waiting at the bar to place our orders. The food was delicious, but for the price, the portions were smaller than what you might find at a local pub. It's perfect for small bites to eat, but not for a full meal. The staff were friendly and efficient, which added to the overall experience.
The contemporary feel in these lounges are definitely a vibe! Even though we visited on a Sunday night, the service was good and the staff members were friendly. The food is always tasty.
Whilst it’s now a part of a large national chain and even though they have a corporate image, The Lounges always retain that ‘local’ feel. This time we had Flat breads. There is a good menu with both numerous Vegetarian and kids menu choices. Coffee and cakes are available as well as full meals. Has a good range of beers, spirits & wines. Orange juice is freshly pressed as you wait. ‘The Lounges’ are always worth a visit.
It's a lovely place to get brunch but I will say, book on the weekend otherwise you may end up sitting outside in the cold the food was good and the drinks too. Nothing crazily but good enough! It's your classic Lounge experience. The staff was very friendly and the food came quickly. The atmosphere again classic Lounge, very quirky and cosy. I would recommend it, good price for what you get too!
I had an issue with my food there a while ago, and they dealt with it in an exceptional manner. I understand accidents happen, and issues with stock aren't as much as their fault as their supplier. But still, a bone in chorizo could have been spotted by the chef so i understand why they were so keen to take responsibility. Respect for me, respect for them! food kinda overpriced tho lol
Having just eaten here, I can recommend this place. The food was excellent and nicely presented and, best of all, very tasty. Brad, the young man who served us, is a credit to you.
